Title: Omlette Ala Pom Pom

1 Sweet pepper; diced
1 Onion - diced
1 Fresh tomato, diced, unpeel.
  Mixed chinese veggies, fresh Or frozen.
1pnRosemary
1pnSweet basil
1pnChervil
  Eggs or egg substitute for as many as are being served.
  Diced ham
  Cheddar cheese; 2 slices - diced.

In a wok or frying pan, sprayed with Pam, toss pepper, onion, tomato, chinese veggies and spices. When all veggies are slightly cooked - about 5 minutes on a medium flame. Lower flame and add eggs to suite the amount to feed the recipients. This so far will suit a vegetarian. If not vegetarian then add a couple of slices of diced ham and couple of slices of diced cheddar cheese or any type of cheese flavored to suit the people eating it.
